Red Citrus Salad with Berries, Pears and Pomegranates
Description :
Greek yogurt and honey add the perfect balance to top the of juicy and tart citrus. Plus, this immune-boosting salad is rich in vitamin C, thanks to blood oranges and grapefruit.
Ingredient :
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 red grapefruit
- 4 oz. container raspberries
- 1/2 c. pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
- 4 tsp. honey
- lime zest
Direction :
- Cut 2 blood oranges and 1 red grapefruit into segments and 1 red pear into wedges and divide among plates.
- Scatter one 4-oz container raspberries and ½ cup pomegranate seeds over top.
- Dollop with ½ cup Greek yogurt and drizzle with 4 tsp honey.
- Grate the zest of 1 lime over top.
