Ham and Brie Quesadilla

Description :

A classic sandwich combo, stuffed into a tortilla, gets broiled for maximum melt. Slice into triangles for a party-size snack.

Ingredient :

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. whole-grain mustard
  • 8 cornichons, sliced
  • 4 oz. sliced leftover ham
  • 4 oz. Brie 

Direction :

Heat broiler. Spread tortillas with mustards and sprinkle with cornichons. Layer ham and Brie on one side, then fold the top over and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil until top is golden brown and cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Cut into wedges.
